We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People and Culture Specialist who will carry a dual responsibility attracting the right talent while also nurturing a vibrant internal culture that supports emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, sourcing aligned and purpose-driven talent.
• Develop holistic sourcing strategies through job boards, social networks, freelance platforms, and spiritually conscious communities.
• Enhance the candidate experience by infusing human connection, empathy, and transparency into all touchpoints.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, while honoring the energy and culture fit of potential team members.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and optimize for quality, retention, and alignment not just speed.

People & Culture

• Co-create and execute meaningful onboarding experiences that align new hires with our purpose, values, and community.
• Organize wellness and spiritual initiatives from guided meditations to gratitude circles, mindfulness workshops, and wellness challenges.
• Serve as a compassionate, non-judgmental listening ear for employees, nurturing an atmosphere of trust and psychological safety.
• Cultivate a culture of growth, recognition, and celebration through engagement surveys, rituals, and team-building activities.
• Champion DEI and belonging, ensuring all employees feel seen, heard, and respected in every phase of their journey.
• Support performance development processes, helping team members grow in both skills and soul.

🌱 Who You Are

• • 🎓 A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field a foundation for both head and heart leadership.
  • 🌍 Fluency in Arabic and English bridging communication with cultural understanding and soulful connection.
  • 🕊️ A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR grounded in compassionate, human-centered practices.
  • 📜 HR Certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) representing your dedication to growth, ethics, and mindful leadership.
  • 💡 A genuine calling to serve others you see talent acquisition not as a task, but as a mission to connect people with purpose.
  • 💬 Exceptional communication skills able to speak with clarity and listen with presence and empathy.
  • 🌿 Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and an inner drive to cultivate peace and positivity in every workplace interaction.
  • 📚 Solid knowledge of recruitment flows, UAE labor laws, and ethical HR practices applied with integrity and wisdom.
