✨ What You’ll Do

• Serve as the right hand to leadership, managing calendars, communications, travel, and day-to-day operations with seamless grace.
• Act as a trusted bridge between founders, clients, and teams—ensuring clarity, calm, and connection across every interaction.
• Oversee documentation, internal systems, and file management with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Manage app and portal updates, subscription reporting, and internal coordination with tech and creative teams.
• Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations that reflect our brand voice and energy.
• Support the company’s social media presence with light content coordination and engagement.
• Coordinate internal meetings, luxury events, and client experiences with excellence and intention.
• Embody the GOLDN spirit—where every action is thoughtful, and every outcome, refined.

🌱 Who You Are

• You are organized, intuitive, and elegantly assertive.
• You hold yourself with confidence, communicate with compassion, and act with discretion.
• You have 3–5 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably in the UAE.
• You’re familiar with digital tools, CRMs, or portal-based platforms.
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using AI or automation tools for productivity.
• You’re drawn to high-vibe, feminine, or purpose-led brands and environments.
• Bonus if you have light social media or content coordination experience.
