Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity, support our marketing campaigns, and enhance our company’s presence across various platforms. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design materials that communicate the company’s message effectively to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials that align with campaign objectives.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and identity.
- Create design templates and assets that can be reused for future campaigns and materials.
- Concept Development:
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for new campaigns and promotions.
- Present design ideas and mockups to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their design needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Multimedia Design:
- Develop multimedia content for digital campaigns, including GIFs, animations, and video content (basic editing).
- Design infographics and visual aids to support blog posts, reports, and presentations.
- Stay Updated on Trends:
- Stay current with design trends and incorporate relevant techniques into design work.
- Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools to create cutting-edge visuals.
- Marketing Collateral:
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral for company events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Design materials for both external marketing and internal communications.
- Feedback and Revisions:
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as necessary to ensure the final product meets the project’s requirements.
- Website and Social Media Assets:
- Create designs for the company’s website and ensure that they are optimized for user experience.
- Develop engaging visuals for social media channels to drive audience engagement.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Passion for design and creativity, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly creative and autonomous, able to take initiative and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content or copywriting to pair designs with compelling text.
- Fluency in additional languages, especially useful in multicultural marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads design, particularly creating visual assets for online marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of design elements and adjust for better engagement.
