What You’ll Do

• Support clients through every step of their UAE company formation journey—whether Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on visa, license, and government applications with efficiency and integrity.
• Act as the trusted liaison between clients and UAE authorities, ministries, and free zones.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration, and licensing requirements.
• Guide clients with transparency on timelines, costs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with our legal, HR, IT, and operations teams to deliver seamless onboarding.
• Represent Elite Click with professionalism and purpose when engaging with government entities.
• Simplify complex procedures and provide peace of mind to clients so they can focus on building their dreams.

Who You Are

• You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• You carry yourself with dignity and empathy, knowing you often represent the client’s first impression.
• You have UAE experience in PRO services, company formation, or government liaison roles.
• You understand the legal frameworks and requirements of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups.
• You’re familiar with government portals, visa processes, and company licensing procedures.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment where service comes before ego.
• Bonus if you’re bilingual (Arabic/English) and bring added value through experience in compliance or legal support.
